If you find your order is underweight by any chance, you must alert us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving your package. In the unlikely event that there's an issue with our flowers (examples include, but are not limited to: mold, bud rot, excessive seeds, etc) you will have 7 days upon receiving the package to contact us to resolve the issue. You may be asked further questions and/or for photos which will be evaluated by our product team. If your case is deemed suitable, HGA will either provide you with a store credit or a replacement for your product(s).
